Story
On 3/01/24 our beautiful daughter would have been 18. It’s just so hard to believe that she is not here to celebrate this event.
We are having a family balloon release at Hannah’s grave to remember her and celebrate her 18th birthday and think about how much she achieved in her shortened life. We love you Hannah ❤️
